Like a hole in my head
Because I needed another hobby.
My friend Simon left for a sweet job in Australia and due to shipping constraints, left me behind his sweet 1977 R100 BMW motorcycle. Yes, I was feeling like a winner. But, when the spark plug flew out of the cylinder as we tried to adjust the carbs, I got a little nervous. I just did my first "work" on it, rethreading the spark plug. Screwing this job up is...well...bad. So I was a little concerned when I got to this line in the instructions:
"Place expanding tool in insert without turning and hit it several times with a hammer. Do not hit too hard.
uh...here's hoping I didn't hit "too hard".
