"Great minds have purposes, others have wishes"
- Washington Irving
More words of wisdom from celestial seasonings tea bags. It seems like the last 3 years or so have been trying to teach me a lesson about "doing". Ideas are great, but it's the doing that ends up mattering. The upsides of my lessons have been:
"How do you just drive to Costa Rica and live there for 6 months?"
"Well, you just do it"
"How do you move your kitchen and tear out walls and stuff?"
"Well, you just do it"
"How do you not have a job for a year?"
"Well, you just do it"
But now it seems like I'm a bit stagnant. Time for me to do something. Problem is the last few months have gotten me out of the habit. I need some motivation. I need a kick in the backside. I need to do something.

Seriously, I hope you find that passion again and just do it...whatever "it" is...I have visions of Mark, a chef in a restaurant in Japan (I've seen and eaten your fancy meals!). Dream big.
