The spy aspect is fine - when it works. The suck part is attempting to do basic phone functions like put someone on hold or - gasp! - make a conference call. It's interface for that is ridiculous! Multiple "conf" buttons that perform differently, zero feedback, all that screen real estate to provide help and it's wasted.
