Typical scene at any meal along the trip:

waitress: "here's your meal sir"

My Uncle: "Hey thanks! Did you know you're the best waitress we've had for (insert meal here) all day?"

My Dad: "hey, did you hear the one about..."

here's my guess at what the breakfast order is:
Mark - french toast
Dave - pancakes
John - farmer's breakfast with bacon
Uncle - oatmeal
