Misread a bumper sticker today, thought it said:
"Think you're perfect? Try drywalling"
It actually said, "try walking on water" - Hey, I was at a distance...my brain filled it in...and, to be honest, I think either gets the point across....
Posted by heyhansen at October 2, 2005 06:37 PMHere's one that caught my attention yesterday:
"Abortion doesn't make you un-pregnant. It makes you the mother of a dead baby."
Posted by: CKP at October 3, 2005 12:34 PMsaw one the other night that read...
"abortion...it brings the baby out of you."
Posted by: luccym33 at October 3, 2005 03:16 PMI think the reason you saw "drywalling" is because all the house repairs have finally turned your brain to mush.
Posted by: Kevin at October 4, 2005 08:58 PMA new bumper sticker: "Think you're perfect? Try keeping in touch with old friends!"
Jesus has this really cool "friends and family" program where millions can send him up a prayer at any time and it is absolutely free!
I wish I could stay in contact like that. How are you doing, my friend?
Posted by: Seidel at October 9, 2005 10:54 PMYou think Mark would be better at staying in touch with old friends. Donna is a whiz at that. She's the one I go to for information on what everyone is up to. Some of that skill must have rubbed off on Hansen.
Posted by: Kevin at October 10, 2005 12:23 PMI've been meaning to reply to that email Seidel! And yes, Kevin, I'm in remedial D 101...
